My chosen Organizations mission is to protect and promote the safety and well being of the New York City children, young people, families and communities by providing excellent child welfare, juvenile justice, and early care and education services.

The code of conduct states each child care agency will provide for the safety of children in its care by requiring employees, volunteers and consultants of the facilities which it operates to use appropriate custodial conduct when caring for children. In order to provide appropriate care for children in residential facilities, employees, volunteers and consultants. These codes are written to protect and promote the safety and well-being for our clients.

Regardless of what an organization calls it, the Code of Conduct fills in as a system for moral dynamic inside an association. The Code of Conduct is a specialized apparatus that educates inner and outer partners about what is esteemed by a specific association, its workers, and the board.

My professional standards do comply with the codes that I have identified they comply because where I work, I deal with children, my professional standards are the same. The safety of children in my care is very important it is my duty to make sure they are protected in cared for.
