PAD 4886 Central Florida Public Sector in Government Organizations Essay

This is assignment is the first part to a larger report that you will submit at the end of the semester. Over the first eight weeks of this course, you have read about public service leadership, conducted your own research on this topic, we have talked about it in our class discussions, you have heard from two community leaders, and you have been learning about it in the other classes you have taken here in the School of Public Administration. Now, I want you to take everything you have learned about public service leadership and compile a six to eight page report based on how you define public service leadership. Here are the items that should be discussed in your report (I recommend making these sections headers in your paper and build from there):

1. What is the public sector?
2. What is general leadership?
3. How do people lead in the public sector?
4. How important are ethics in public service leadership?

As noted above, you will submit a six to eight page double spaced paper, follow APA paper formatting guidelines, and have at least three sources to help you craft this report. The title and reference pages do not count towards the six to eight pages. At this point, you do not need a table of contents, abstract, introduction, or conclusion for your submission.
