Please write a paper summarizing what you have learned from the experience, as a group leader, or you may choose to answer the following questions in detail.

Note: the topic of the presentation was ” Fear of Failure” and the intervention was ” Person Centered” .
1.How your leadership specifically facilitate or hinder the group process? Give examples (knowing how to use the approach/ create questions depending of the client’s problem)
2.What could you, as the leader, have done differently? (make more questions, motivate the client to speak more)
3.What could you have done, or what did you do to get what you wanted from the group? (explained to the client what is the principal aspect of the person center approach, for example:the client is the expert of her/his life, and have the control over it)
4.What are some decisions you had to make to carry out this activity? (listen the client being non judgmental)
5.Give an example of a challenge you had and what you did to solve it? (when clients were afraid to speak about their problems and don’t know how to put in words their toughs.

7.How was the process? did the group move forward or regress (some clients move forward, some of them steady)
8.How were you impacted? (people, in one way or the other, speak about their problems)
