As I asked in the discussion, what is measured by a pencil and paper or computer based test? What do the results of these assessments tell a person about your ability to be a star in every classroom?

When you finally graduate and enter a classroom of your very own, you will be evaluated regularly for the first few years by your supervisor and perhaps even a mentor.
