Initial Reply: These past couple of weeks, we have learned and read about virtues, vices, sin, freedom, salvation, and Justice. Suppose we believe that freedom and justice are critical to the secular(non-religious) and religious world as virtues of true belief. Give an example of a person in history or present day that you believe to be a great mentor of this.** (Give a quote or brief story that shares your mentors’ virtue of freedom and justice.) Secondly, say that you see these virtues as a gift for human society. How might you advance these virtues, and what do you believe to be the biggest challenge to freedom and justice?
