Write a program that decides which soccer team gave out the least VIP soccer tickets last year in Europe.

The 5 soccer teams are Barcelona, Real, Bayern, Juventus, Milan. The program should have the following 2 functions, which are called by main.

int receiveNumTickets() is passed the name of the soccer team. It asks the user for the number of VIP soccer tickets given out for last year, validates the input and then returns it. It should be called once for each soccer team.
void findLowest() is passed the 5 VIP soccer tickets totals. The function determines which is the lowest and prints the name and total for the soccer team.

Input Validation: Do not accept negative numbers for VIP soccer tickets.
