DU Conflict Management Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness Discussion

The goal of this assignment is for students to research advanced topics in project management. The topic must be one of the following areas:

1. Research a current or historic large and complex project. Focus on risk, quality, communication, supply chain, conflict, governance or integration
2. Research on a knowledge domain that is not directly covered in Optimizing Project Management (e.g. conflict management, organization change, process improvement, issue management, business execution).

For this assignment, submit a brief description of the research paper/business report (no more than 250 words) that you intend to research and write. Remember to include a relevant title for the paper and also provide references or sources of information.
