Now that you’ve read Purdue OWL’s information on reading and understanding job ads and grad school ads, you should have a better idea of how to dissect their job/school announcements.

In 200 words, discuss the most important/impactful elements you read about in the Purdue OWL article

Now that you’ve read about some of the considerations to take into account when choosing a grad school, I want you to tell us what stood out to you.

• What are some things you hadn’t thought about?
• What are some tips you learned that you’ll try to remember for your own application.
• If you’re not one who’s applying to grad school, can you use any of this information as you apply for a career (researching possible employers, businesses, etc.)?
• Or just write out your notes (writing things down multiple times will help you retain information).
