Aristotle’s Account of Friendship – Outline

• Paper should be both expository and critical.
• 12 font size and double spaced. Should be 5 pages total; cover page, 3 pages for body and work cited page.
• 3 pages of the body should be in the form of teaching someone about the topic.
• Expository Section – Be impartial/unbiased –Do not want your opinion on topic – 60 % of paper.
• Critical Section – Argue your position and state your opinion on the topic – 40% of paper.
• Grade is dependent on excellent exposition and thought-out argument.

• Critical Section – 40% of paper.
• Conclusion – An argument is declarative statements that lead to a conclusion.
