After re-reading “A Summer’s Day” by Mary Oliver and reflecting on what it means to the career planning you completed for this project, you will write an essay that answers her question, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do?” Your essay will focus on your plan of action (sources, activities, skills to acquire, etc) and why you’ve chosen it/them.

Compose an essay that answers the question, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do? Why do you want to do that?” Your essay should address the following:

• Use your action plan to explain the things you’ll do to secure a job, a promotion, or start your own business (be employed at graduation)
• Based on your research and networking, explain why the sources and tasks you’ve chosen are the best things to do to reach your career goal.
• Reflect on how the activity that you chose to do this semester helped you begin to execute your Career action Plan and move closer to your ultimate career goal.
