University of New Hampshire Emergence Of The Gig Economy On US Paper

I’m working on a economics writing question and need support to help me understand better.

Choose one of the following two questions and use it as the basis of a 3-4 page paper (1.5 or double spaced). In order to support your argument, you should back up your argument with evidence and cite at least 3 high-quality sources.[1] One (or more) of those sources should be an academic journal article. List the references on a separate page at the back of the paper. You should also put a title page on the front of your paper with name, course, date and title of paper.

Discuss at least one positive effect and at least one negative effect of the emergence of the “gig” economy on U.S. workers. By “gig” economy we mean everything from driving for Lyft and Uber to tech professionals working as private contractors instead of for a firm. Be as specific as possible in your answer.
