FIU Nursing Role in Identifying Appropriate Technology for Practice Paper

I’m working on a nursing project and need an explanation to help me understand better.

Goal: Identify the process for decision-making regarding technology. Discuss nursing’s role in identifying appropriate technology for practice.

The paper should include the following:

1. One technology application used in health care to facilitate decision-making.
2. The application’s impact on the quality of decision-making.
3. The process for selecting and implementing the application.
4. The costs associated with the application.
5. Nurses’ role(s) in selecting and evaluating the application.

Requirements:

• The paper is to be clear and concise.
• The paper should be formatted per current APA7 and 4-5 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract, and references page.
• Incorporate a minimum of 5 current (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work. JOURNALS NEED TO HAVE DOI NUMBER.
• Note: Paper should include a summary of 4-5 pages with an Abstract (abstract needs to be at least 200 words) included and references page. NO TITLE OR TABLE OF CONTENTS NEEDED.
