You Final Assignment,

The book defines fortified wine as a wine that is made by adding neutral spirits to wine. They are also know at “Vin Doux Naturel”. There are many types made around the world. For this assignment, write a paper on THREE of the following styles:

Madeira
Marsala
Port
Sherry
Muscat Blanc
Moscatel de Setubal

The paper must include history, country of origin, production process, and top wine makers of that style. Each of these have a unique taste profile developed by their production style/method. Be sure to see which grapes are used and why!

Paper should be a minimum of five pages due to content.
