I’m working on a white papers report and need a sample draft to help me understand better.

Based on reading from the course, discussions, outside research, and /or interviews, write a report in the format of a “White Paper” that describes the type of arts leader you want to be. It could be taking a particular style of leadership and applying it to the arts or discussing traits, values, behaviors, or other qualities that make a great arts leader. It could be your strategy to become a leader in the arts, the type of leader you are, and how you will apply that to the arts in your work , or a reflection and summary of where you know in your thinking and what next steps are. • Demonstration of understanding of leadership in the arts and how you might perform your role as an arts leader.
• Depth of your understanding of the leadership.
• Use of multiple sources (people, books, articles, blogs, podcasts etc.)
• Novelty
• Format
