Your final project will require you develop a proposal for a project for which you will seek $10,000 worth of grant funding. The title of the grant is, “Welcoming diversity in the criminal justice system, toward a future of victim restitution, community justice, and community and police partnerships.” This project is going to address the problem/issue that you chose to write about in your first paper.

Develop a project proposal paper. In no less than 2000 words and no more than 2,500 words (4 -5 double spaced pages) describe:

? the need for the project (your group has already done this in writing your first paper, so just include about 3-4 paragraphs from that paper explaining the problem);

? project objectives and how they will advance multiculturalism and community justice, including the expected degree of impact your program will have;

? a plan to meet project objectives that includes specific activities, details about how the program will be run, when it will meet, who will run it, etc.;

? a budget plan that explains how you will spend the $10,000 in support of your project.

? a means for evaluating this project including meeting stated objectives, quantifiable outcomes, and impact; as well as a client/patient/consumer feedback component, if appropriate.
