This is a part of project which is the simplest part, the project is all about analyzing financial Institution, in this project we are analyzing S&P BANCORP ( STBA )

You can use FACTSET, (10K,10Q) , Annual reports. Yahoo finance or your own recourses.

REQUIREMENTS:

1- History and general information about the company -Example (when did the bank start)

2- Major competitors and where are they standing now ( Numbers and graphs )

3- growth strategies and aqcuisiton.

4. List 5 categories of ratios (Liquidity, Efficiency, Leverage, Profitability, and Market value) for the company. You must specify the benchmark and explain the company’s current financial standings

4- Current financial position and key ratios analysis ( Liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, Efficiency ) & ( Debt to equity ratio, Asset turn over, IRR )

5- Stock performance and dividend history for last 10 years.

6- other creative ideas you might have.

Actually the project requirements above is not firm you can add or substitute to it however to make it easier and more intersting without going too away from the topics.
