Los Angeles Pierce College Labor Standards for App Based Drivers Discussion

For this discussion, I would like to read your opinion about one of the issues that Californians voted on last week.

An unusual feature of our elections in California is that the voters are directly asked to vote a number of propositions. (You’ve probably encountered countless advertisements for these propositions recently.) For this discussion, we will analyze Prop 22. In general, Prop 22 will create a different set of rules and regulations for folks driving for Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, and other app-based driving services.
