LMU Effects of Miller v California on Control of Obscenity Law Case

Hi professor! This is media Law case.

I need to sin this case, so basically give me reasons and give me proofs.

I need an introduction and explanation of our side.

Then I need why 1st amendement is good for our side. (I’ll have to talk about this in the debate, is my main think I’ll have to talk about it) so focus on this as much as you can.

There’s two sides: one will argue for the FCC case and the other for the networks, the American Civil Liberties Union and owners of chains of television and radio (my side)
