1. Open the start fileAC2019-ChallengeYourself-2-3.
2. If the database opens in ProtectedView, click the Enable Content button in the Message Bar at the top of thedatabase so you can modify it.
3. The file will be renamed automatically to include your name. Change the project filename if directed to do so by your instructor.
4. Create a new table in Design view using the following information.
   

   Table displays the field name, datatype, and captioninformation for the Fertilizers table.

   Field Name	Data Type	Caption
   FertID	Short Text
   FertilizerName	Short Text	Fertilizer Name
   NutrientRatio	Short Text	Nutrient Ratio
   Price	Currency

   1. Set the FertID field as the primary key.
   2. Save the table with the name: Fertilizers
   3. Close the table.
5. Open the Plants table andmake the following changes. You may work in Datasheet view or Design view as appropriate.
   1. Set the field size for the PlantID field to: 10
   2. Rename the FlowerColor field to: PrimaryColor
   3. Set the Default Value property for the PrimaryColor field towhite.
   4. Add a lookup field named PreferredFertilizer to the end of thePlants table to reference the FertilizerName field in theFertilizers table. The lookup list should be sorted alphabetically by theFertilizerName data. The primary key field should be hidden. Enforcereferential integrity.
   5. Add an Attachment field after the PreferredFertilizer field. Addthe image azaleas.jpg to the record for theWild azalea.
   6. Delete the MaxHeightFeet field.
   7. Save and close the table.
6. Open the Employees tableand make the following changes. You may work in Datasheet view or Design view asappropriate.
   1. Move the LastName field so it appears before the FirstName field.Hint: Make the change in Design view so the change is applied to the underlyingstructure of the table.
   2. Add the Phone Quick Start fields between the FirstName andPosition fields.
   3. Modify the Position field to use a lookup list limited tothe following values: Supervisor, Greenhouse Tech 1, andGreenhouse Tech 2. Hint: Use the Lookup Wizard to createthe lookup list and enter the values yourself. Double-click the right border of theCol1 column in the wizard to AutoFit the column to the data. Don’t forgetto limit data entries to the value in the list.
   4. Save and close the table.
7. Open the MaintenanceLogtable and make the following changes:
   1. Change the data type for the Watered field from Short Text toYes/No.
   2. Change the data type for the Inspected field from Short Text toYes/No.
   3. Change the data type for the Pruned field from Short Text toYes/No.
   4. Change the format for the MaintenanceDate field to MediumDate.
   5. Save and close the table.
8. Review the table relationships andmake the following changes.
   1. Create a one-to-many relationship between the PlantID field in thePlants table and the PlantID field in theMaintenanceLog table. Enforce referential integrity.
   2. Modify the relationship between the EmployeeID field in theEmployees table and the EmployeeID field in theMaintenanceLog table so any deletions or changes to theEmployeeID in the Employees table will be carried through to theEmployeeID field in the MaintenanceLog table.
   3. Close the Relationships window, saving the layout changes.
9. Close the database and exit Access.
10. Upload and saveyour project file.
11. Submit projectfor grading.
