I) Internship Report

Directions:

As part of this course, all students must complete 50 hours in an internship. You will be filling out a status report summarizing your internship experience. You must account for each week of the internship course, including days on which you did not perform any internship work. You may include two weeks in one report.

Please note the following when you submit your Internship Reports:

• The report needs to account for each internship work day since the last report. You can add more lines to the sample document if you need to report more than five days.
• Remember to update the Cumulative Total field on each report.
• You need to provide a task summary for each day. You don’t have to be overly detailed, but “Completed normal job duties” certainly is not sufficient. For example, if your normal role is a Help Desk Associate, you can state that you did you normal duties and briefly describe the most interesting call of the day.
