Based on the community partner (or hypothetical community partner) you identified in Module 3, propose strategies to identify stakeholders and build coalitions and partnerships for influencing the public health outcomes which are a part of your program. Discuss the various resources you and/or your community partner have for the program, as well as the resources you will need to obtain (related to professional expertise, equipment, supplies, etc.). How will each of your resources be used, and what is the commitment (verbal, written)?
