He gave us very few instructions, so its pretty open on how you want to write it

Talk about how it is going to be very tough to completely ban gas powered cars and how it could affect the economy by putting many gas station workers out of a job, by having large vehicle companies such as chevy, ford, dodge, etc possibly leave the state. Talk about the recent moving of Tesla out of California. Basically say why it will be very tough to do something like this so soon. Its a pretty open paper haha.
