Racism & Poverty & Dependency of Indigenous People. History 1600 – 1900s

How the Europeans treated Indigenous how they were lesser than them as a means of power and control to gain the land. Then starved them out as they depleted the resources from fur trade and hunting. Then the Indigenous people became dependant on them for rations and providing for them.
