Submitting: One page presentation with at least a minimum of 2 graphs using descriptive statistics

Purpose

Think about something that you truly believe with all of your heart. This could be anything that you have learned through your experiences, growth or struggles about life, yourself, or all humanity. This is an assignment that was made popular by NPR if you would like to review those for inspiration feel free. This post is designed to be an opportunity for you to let us know who you are & what matters to you.

Knowledge

This assignment will introduce you to creating descriptive graphs through trial & error.

Skills

Creating descriptive statistics & relevant graphs. Getting familiar with presentation software & uploading files to Canvas.

Task Steps

1. Define your thesis
2. Collect supporting documentation
3. Create 2 graphs using graphing software & upload PDF file
4. Provide Constructive Feedback to 2 peer’s presentation on how they can improve so that their presentation is:
   1. 1. Consistent: Answer question of interest?
      2. Clarity: Easy for your reader to understand what your project is about? Did they only use descriptive stats?
      3. Relevancy: Did you use appropriate statistical tables to present your data?

Criteria For Success

Completion & providing 2 peer’s with constructive comments on how they can improve their presentation using the Grading Guide Discussion Boards
