I have attached the proposal that I did. However, There are comments from the instructor. The paper need to be corrected based on the comments. Also, The topic I’m interested in is Gas power plant. Please find me a specific local project in West Virginia related to Gas power plant, because the one I did was too in general. I want more specific. Use this link to look for one

Submit a proposal to review in depth an environmental impact assessment or environmental impact statement for a local or regional project. Search for West Virginia examples at: https://cdxnodengn.epa.gov/cdx-enepa-public/action/eis/search

should be typed double-spaced and are limited to three pages Don’t exceed

The proposal must include the following sections:

1.) A statement of the purpose or need which the EA or EIS will fulfill, specify what is the decision to be made;

2.) A list of the alternatives assessed, and your proposal for one new alternative to achieve the project need while minimizing adverse impacts;

3.) An outline of potential environmental impacts to be assessed, with emphasis on those impacts that will drive the decision;

4.) Resources available, and timetable for doing the assessment;

5.) A description of the importance of the project and its impact on the environment;

6.) A statement of your specific interests or qualifications for leading this assessment

Your proposals identify an EA or EIS for local or regional projects.
