1. SITUATION. Describe the situation (one or two sentences). What’s the enterprise’s essential challenge?
2. ISSUES. 3 or 4 key issues (those most prominent in the case)
3. COMMENTS. Insights or comments (bring in your experience, or integrate insights from course)
4. QUESTIONS. List 4 or 5 questions. What questions will guide us beyond information to the knowledge we need to recommend options for our client to consider?

Deliverable Format

• 11pt. Arial, single space, double space between sections and paragraphs, 1” margins, subheads all caps
• 1 page approximately — more or less, as needed. “Less is usually more.”
