Read the culture section in your book (pages 8-9 and also 28-29 if possible) about Latinos in the United States. You may also read the articles listed above. Write about the influence of Latin-America in the United States. What are all the good things these cultures have brought us? Name at least 3 positive changes in the American culture from Latin-American influence and the Spanish Language. Back up these changes with evidence either from your personal life or with evidence from articles. You may write in either English or Spanish – whatever you feel comfortable with.
