Essentially, my research will look at Supreme Court jurisprudence and some of the infamous Civil Rights decisions handed down during the Civil Rights movement. Official Supreme Court briefs will provide much of my research, and in the jurisprudence of the Court is looking at the issue. Moreover, I will analyze Brown v. Board of Education (1954) and assess the impact this decision had on regressing Civil Rights advancements in the American South. As well as, other notibly civil rights events.
