As this is a lucrative business and it could be franchised to other countries. There is an opportunity for high level associates to franchise the business in India. The kinds of services offered at Top Golf are usual memberships, regular training sessions of Top Golf, fun activities for Golfing, Beverages and restaurant food and other Arcade games. Besides these they also entertain customers with big screen TVS on Game nights.

Problem Statement

With an opportunity for open market in India, Top Golf can open branches in India in some major cities as a trial to embed the idea into the Indians. With Top Golf franchising in India, the upper level management of the Company has decided to go with managers from America who are already proven efficient and are assuring to carry forward the brand value and norms at any Top Golf.
