Florida State College Performance Appraisal Process and Importance Video Discussion

write a 2-3 page paper including the following elements:

• Brief overview of video (one paragraph)
• Detail the key findings in the performance appraisal process using the five questions at the end of the video as a guide
• Explain how you will use these findings in your professional life

Note that you will receive a score in the form of a percentage after answering the questions at the end of the video in MyLab. However, this is not part of the scored assignment; these are simply questions designed to review the video, and do not count towards your grade in this course. The assignment is the 2-3 page paper. If you do not complete the paper and submit it as a file upload, you will receive zero credit for this assignment.

Format

Papers must be typed using Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced, and with one-inch margins. Papers should also be spell-checked, grammar-checked, and prepared with references in proper academic format, using the American Psychological Association (APA) style. A cover page and abstract are not required; however, a reference page should be included (and does not count towards the 2-3 page requirement). Research

Students must research and incorporate at least one additional resource related to the topic of workplace appraisals/performance management systems. This additional information should be indicated throughout the paper using APA parenthetical in-text citations.
