Question Description
In The Enduring Debate,Debating the Issues: Should the Constitution be Fundamentally Changed(pp. 65-85) arguments are made in favor of and against amending theConstitution. Which author(s) argues against amending the Constitutionand what are his/her/their strongest arguments? Which author(s) arguesin favor of amending the Constitution and what are his/her/theirstrongest arguments? If you could amend one part of the Constitution(either taking something away or adding something to it) what would itbe? Why?
Note:please note, amending the Constitution doesnt change what hashistorically happened in the US so please do not attempt to amend earlyparts of the Constitution that dealt with slavery or womens rights-those have already been amended.
