That being said I feel that some revisions will need to be made. It seems that in your appeal you focused heavily on the struggles you faced in the most recent months. While this is a part of the financial aid suspension it is not the complete story that led to this moment. In looking through your account history there have been a total of 3 failed classes and two grades received below the required 3.0 GPA. The review board will want a more complete response to cover any and all struggles that led us here. With your other responses you will want to build off of your first response (what has changed and what will you do different). With your action plan you will want to demonstrate your understanding of the resources that are available to you here at SNHU (ie. Shapiro Library). Finally I would ask that you stay focused on the questions. In the word document you sent to me you make a plea at the end. This is not a part of the 4 questions that are in the appeal. The requirement is to only answer the questions that are presented.
