David McAllister-Wilson, President of Wesley Theological Seminary, in the book, Christian Reflections on the Leadership Challenge (Kouzes & Posner, 2004, p. 59) suggested that as a Christian, your leadership will begin and end with your faith. Sometimes it is very appropriate to be very open about your faith and sometimes it isnt. But you can draw on its strength as an example of visionary leadership.
