Oakwood University Leadership W6 Biblical Foundations Discussion

Question Description

David McAllister-Wilson, President of Wesley Theological Seminary, in the book, Christian Reflections on the Leadership Challenge (Kouzes & Posner, 2004, p. 59) suggested that “as a Christian, your leadership will begin and end with your faith. Sometimes it is very appropriate to be very open about your faith and sometimes it isn’t. But you can draw on its strength as an example of visionary leadership. You know that in the end, what matters is not your personal success or the success of the organization, but rather __________________________________________.”

Reflecting on your leadership from a Christian perspective, including the role of your faith, fill in the blank here on what really matters most in the end for you as a leader. Share your thoughts in the discussion forum below.
