For our discussion this week, let’s consider further the role that benefits play in recruiting. Put yourself in the role of your organization’s recruiter. What benefits might you use to attract Generation X and Y employees (less than 45 years of age)? How do these benefits differ from those that you might use to attract workers who belong to the baby boom generation (45+ years of age)?

In your initial response, identify one benefit and how you might use it to attract either Generation X and Y employees or Baby Boomers.
