As the DNP Project leader, forming a cohesive and collegial team whose members will work together is vital to the success of the project.

1) Discuss the key members of your DNP Project team (no names, just role or position in the organization) and their specific contributions to the project implementation.

– Emergency department manager, contributing support, availability, budget, utilization of facility materials, providing facility data, arranged organization approval for project implementation.

– Site preceptor, project ideas, ways to implement project in emergency department such as training purposes, organizing list of contacts for Zoom meeting training, printed material, making sure that everyone is on the same page.
