I’m working on a business presentation and need an explanation to help me understand better.

Utilizing the research from the answers to the questions from Week 2 and the Week 5 research summary, give a presentation that answers the following questions:

1. How effectively is the human resource function of this organization contributing to the fulfillment of its mission, objectives, and strategic plan?

2. What are some of the problems of the major human resource problems, as it relates to the chosen sub-system that need to be confronted and solved? Why?

3. What would appear to be among the most desirable solutions to these problems? Provide specific detail and justifications for your recommendations.

4. The presentation should provide a brief overview of the organization, the HR function, an overview of the Week 5 research summary. The presentation must incorporate a PowerPoint Presentation (or similar program).
