West Coast University Teaching Experience Nursing Question

I had a telehealth patient, and I would speak to her at our telehealth meetings strictly about her nutrition during her pregnancy. In my attached nursing process worksheets, I have already written the things I spoke about with her and the outcomes, basically all the info are in the attachments, now it just needs to be written in a couple pages about the teaching experience that I had. Thorough istructions are provided as well at bottom of this text box.
