Public perceptions of archaeology today are often shaped by popular culture. Blockbuster films, tv shows, and video games have featured some of the most iconic portrayals of archaeologists. Your task for this activity is to pick one of these well-known fictional archaeologists and write a brief post (250 words min.) describing how the practice of archaeology is being represented in your popular culture example.
