Here are the instruction for this discussion:

Use the Ethics Matrix.ppt as you read the case Confidential termination of a friend.docx. There is a MyMedia about the Ethics Matrix.

Think about what you would do and then think about the ethics matrix. Work through the model (here is a worksheet that you can use for your thinking and to construct your discussion posting ETHICS MATRIX WORKSHEET.docx. Construct your initial discussion post and explain what your decision is and use the material from the ethics matrix to support your decision. For this discussion you must post your initial response in order to see other team members replies.

There is generally different choices that people make for different reasons.

After Doing your initial response, respond to at least 2 of your teammates’ postings. (2 – 4 lines are enough for response to the two classmates posts).
