You have been hired by XYZ company to assess the risks that they might face. Suppose that the company is mainly interested on protecting the data centre.

Write a one to two (1-2) page paper in which you:

1. Brainstorm and describe potential risks and opportunities associated with this event.
2. For each risk, determine its potential impact on the event (significance) and likelihood of occurrence.
