Oakwood University Week 2 Cultural Relevance in International Business Discussion

This week we will approach the discussion of cultural relevance in international business contexts.

Jesus demonstrated the importance of people who are from different cultures when He met the Samaritan woman at the well (Biblegateway, n.d.). Later, in Revelation 7:9 (KJV) it states, “I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands.” This scripture suggests that God sees members from many cultures at His throng. After contemplating the scene depicted in Revelation 7:9, what thoughts come to mind about international business relations as it relates to culture?
