Assignment:

Chapter 6 of the PMBOK Guide, 6th Edition Project Schedule Management, describes the processes required to manage the timely completion of the project. The Control Schedule process is the activity of monitoring the status of project activities to update the project schedule and manage changes to the schedule baseline to achieve the project plan.

For your initial response write and post a summary of the article you located on the topic of Controlling the Project Schedule you located for the Week 6 reading assignment. Then describe how you as a project manager would apply the Control Schedule process in the execution of a hypothetical project or one with which you are familiar.
