The Internet and the greater access to information it provides are disrupting traditional ways of doing things in almost every sphere of life. Unsurprisingly, perhaps, government seems to be among the slowest economic sectors to undergo change.

How might the Internet change, if at all, totalitarian governments such as North Korea?

Can you think of ways that technology might change the way democracies function? Explain.
