It is a Valuation case, that wants you to determine the Intrinsic Value of their potential acquisition of another alcoholic company, Southern Comfort. The case format that you will be providing, for your answer, requires you to calculate the FCF’s. And understanding how to calculate the WACC and then make a decision on the acquisition.
