It is suggested that in Chapter 4 Mary Shelley, like other Romantic writers, believed that nature provided greater good for the human mind and spirit than science and the pursuit of knowledge.

Discuss how this belief is evident in this chapter. Point to a scene or a quote in another chapter in Volume I that demonstrates this Romantic notion.
