Cuyamaca College Activities for Children Five Days Plan Practice

I’m working on a english writing question and need an explanation to help me study.

You can choose any age range you would like, but the activities have to be appropriate for the age of the child.

Please be creative. They are many exercise and activities to choose from. You can also include yourself in these activities if you would like. Children need about an hour of exercise/activity everyday, so I would like for you to indicated how long each activity will last. At the end of each day the total time of exercise should be at least an hour long, if not longer.

Try to be creative. This assignment is meant to get you thinking about the many different things that we can do to get our children to be more active. You will only need to do 5 days worth of planning. I would like to see as much detailed description as you can give.

This should be an easy assignment. There are really no wrong activities or exercises, so as long as you submit a 5 day plan with times for each activity you will receive full credit.

Your assignment submission should look like this but with much more descript than just one activity and its duration per day. you will need all 5 day for full credit.
