You can discuss your own experience with strengthening teams and conducting meetings, what that looks like now, and what that will look like in your future life and career path. Think about what it means to be a member of a group versus a member of a team: if you are on a sports team, you can use your experiences as examples. Meetings are changing…with on-line becoming our new norm, talk about how this innovative thinking can be both positive and negative in meeting outcomes. Also, talk about how you motivate yourself and others!!! So much to think about in this chapter…dig deep, no surface-level responses!!!
