I’m working on a business question and need a sample draft to help me learn.

Western (2013) stated “to address diversity is to acknowledge difference” (p. 91). This week, we step outside the mode of writing into the medium of illustration. So, with the concepts, theories, and your personal reflections in mind, create an original graphic representation of leadership effectiveness and diversity.

• The graphic can be an illustration, a combination of slide art, or some other medium that is appropriate for the assignment. You do not have to create a masterpiece; you only need to develop a graphic that tells a story.
• For your original post, write a one- to two-paragraph explanation of your graphic along with a list of references that you used to inform your thinking. A minimum of three (3) scholarly sources in addition to required reading is expected.
• For display purposes, you could attach your graphical representation in PowerPoint (PPT), Prezi, or SlideShare.
