During the past year of Covid, many companies had to scramble to put systems in place in order to enable workers to access files and resources remotely. What actions did your company take, if any? If they were already prepared and didn’t have to make any changes, then what systems or resources did they have in place to enable remote workers? What security challenges does working remotely and accessing files and systems from home create?

2. You have a user who is trying to access a particular website, but they receive the error that the website cannot be displayed. They have no issues accessing other websites from their machine. What is your troubleshooting process to figure out the issue? How likely is this issue related to DNS? If it is DNS that is the source of the issue, what steps would you take to resolve it?
