The first concept :tenets of people’s health are implied in three things, physically through the body, emotionally by the feelings, and mentally through the thoughts
The second: Eating mindfully. Explanation : the meaning of eating mindfully is to eat foods that contain the important nutritional values that we daily need in our life. By doing that, we will feel great inwardly and physically
The third: Gratitude
The forth: pay it forward: An example of a Pay it Forward would be helping somebody with their groceries, holding a door open, buying the person behind you coffee etc….
